I miss not taking pictures just for fun anymore. This blog is more of a project to make me eat in the morning. I wouldn't call it haha funny, if you get my drift. I mean, 9 times out of ten, my tea is cold when I sit down to eat. Oh, the glamour. But that's fine. Totally worth it. My boyfriend is actually thinking about starting a blog called 365 days of dishes. Now THAT is funny. Haha funny. Anyway. I have a Flickr account that I never use anymore. I logged in and found these (unfortunately low-res) photos. They were taken before I started my own business, before taking pictures just for fun became something I did once in a while instead of all the time. What's sad is that I don't have them on my hard drive anymore. It crashed. I lost so many photos, photos that were taken for no particular reason at all. For fun. Look, a bird. Snap! Hey, take a photo of me while I dip my foot the water! Snap!

 So.

From now on.

More fun.

Lingonbröd med rökt kalkonbröst, körsbärstomater och ärtskott/leverpastej, gurka och ärtskott, morotsjuice med päron och aprikos för bebisar. Nej, här finns ingen bebis. Den är till mig! Kokosboll.

Turkey breast, red cherry tomatoes and pea shoots/liver paté, cucumber and pea shoots on rye, carrot/pear and apricot drink for babies. Do not judge me until you've tried it. Oh, and a fluffy coconut thingy.

Jag bakade cupcakes för några dagar sedan. Den första plåten blev inte jättelyckad, så jag la in den i en påse i kylen. Där fick de ligga. I brist på annat att äta till frukost idag fick det bli dagsgamla muffins som visade sig smaka bättre efter att ha legat i kylen några dagar. Med lite cream cheese samt hallon- och morotsmarmelad blev det ännu bättre. Anteckningsboken kommer härifrån.

I made cupcakes a couple of days ago. The first batch didn't turn out the way I wanted, so I put it in a plastic bag in the fridge. I tend to do that with food. Leftovers? Throw it away? No. I can't do that. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that I will most likely throw it away anyway - just before the food starts to grow legs and crawl out of the fridge by itself - but I just can't help it. You don't throw away food. Wait a couple of days. You know, if famine strikes. Besides, you never know when day-old cupcakes will come in handy.

Turns out that with a little cream cheese and some marmalade, that first batch wasn't so bad after all.
