Pancakes (made w almond flour and some whole grain spelt) w peanut butter and fresh blueberries, raspberry/banana smoothie
I ate one of the pancakes stright out of the frying pan. Devoured it. Crazy.
The recipe can be found here. Instead of regular flour I used almond flour and some whole grain spelt (mostly almond flour, though) and instead of butter I used coconut oil. Also, I added a dash of vanilla (REAL vanilla - not the synthetic crap they call vanilla sugar). Oh, and a dash of liquid honey. There you go. Tasted great!

+this is not only a vanilla sugar thing. It's actually present with most of the food additives (especially the cheap ones). It sounds crazy, but I found 'peanut butter light' on the store shelf and it contained only 60% of peanuts (+stiffeners, fillers, your-grandmas-rabbit fat and who knows what else, goddamit).
However, as for vanilla sugar, it can be easily home-made. I've seen recipes on the Net, just google it :)
