It was beautiful.
I might have pissed off the guard, though.
You're only allowed to shoot during the three first songs. 
After that - finito.
I shot this just before the forth song.
Glad I did.

Lingonberry delight - see recipe for blueberry delight further down. Replace blueberries w frozen lingonberries. I made the waffles w coconut milk, coconut oil and whole grain spelt. Delicious.

Åh, herregud. Det här var nog det godaste jag ätit på länge.
Om ni inte redan har köpt boken Raw Delight - gör det!
Man måste inte vara råkostare för att kunna uppskatta den. Tro mig.
Späckad med fina recept - och, nej, jag är inte sponsrad av förlaget... Tyvärr...
Det här är ett modifierat recept ur boken ovan.

Mix 2 dl frozen blueberries w 1 banana 
(put the peeled and sliced banana in the freezer for app. 1 hour before making this or in freezer overnight and let thaw for 15 minutes - if you have a decent blender, mix the banana frozen. Add a dash of liquid if needed - not much, though.)  
Pour mix in cup and put in freezer while making the cashew cream.
Google "cashew cream" (sv: cashewgrädde)
Some cashew cream recipes requires a pear or dates - I omit this and use a dash of liquid honey instead. Oh, and oat milk instead of water. I can't give you exact measurements - I used maybe half a cup of cashews (raw unsalted) and a dash of oat milk. That's it. Mix until smooth (I use a hand mixer) and then add honey.
Stir the cashew cream into the blueberry/banana mix.
Enjoy!

Lord have mercy, this was sooo good... Normally, I have hunger pains around noon. Not today. 
Best breakfast ever. Seriously.
